All materials, including photos, videos, website content, and social media accounts, are copyright protected and may not be used without the written permission and authorization of New York Elite Field Hockey.

Hold Harmless Policy:

New York Elite Field Hockey reserves the right to cancel a player’s membership without a refund of registration fees for any of the following violations:

• Use of alcohol, vape pens, or non-prescriptive drugs during practices, camps, special events, or tournaments.

• Use of foul language during practices, camps, special events, or tournaments.

• Displaying inappropriate or aggressive behavior during practices, camps, special events, or tournaments.

• Posting on social media while wearing New York Elite Field Hockey apparel without the written permission of New York Elite Field Hockey.

• Any actions deemed detrimental to the New York Elite Field Hockey team or its reputation.

Registration Policy:

Please note that all payments made for registration and/or tournaments are non-refundable.

Weather Policy:

Practices, tournaments, and special events may be canceled due to inclement weather or acts of God. Make-up dates are not guaranteed.
