This marked a program milestone as the highest number of wins in a single season. Entering the playoffs as the second-seeded NEC team.

• Division 1 Hofstra University Field Hockey team from 2018 to 2022, appeared in 56 games with 16 starts, showcasing versatility across defense, midfield, and forward positions recording 1 assist. Haley pursued a Bachelor's Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing.

• Prior to Hofstra, Carter played for Skowhegan (ME) Area High School from 2014 to 2018 and was team captain her senior year. She was a member of the indians' four-time Maine Class A State finalists, three-time Maine Class A State champions, and four-time Northern/Eastern Maine Class A Champions. She was a two-time Max Preps: NFHCA Northern New England All-American team selection and a Max Preps: NFHCA New England Region 2017 preseason player to watch. She was also honored with the Max Preps: NFHCA Northern New England Player Award in 2017, and received recognition as part of the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference first team. Carter was a three-time first team pick for The Morning Sentinel and was awarded Player of the Year during her senior year. Selected to the All-State Team her senior year and participated in the 2017 Senior All-Star Game. Recorded 13 goals and 11 assists in her high school career, while also setting the school record with 69 defensive saves. Played her club field hockey with Maine Majestix.
